Stonaris is an automated bookkeeping platform for US-based Amazon sellers. It connects to Seller Central and your bank, decodes Amazon settlements, categorizes expenses, reconciles payouts, and produces tax-ready reporting — one product replacing the patchwork of a settlement parser and accounting software.

Who operates Stonaris

Stonaris is owned and operated by EcomEssence, the legal business entity responsible for the product, its development, and its operation. EcomEssence is responsible for Stonaris's software, integrations, and the relationships with the data partners that power the platform.

Stonaris is a software company, not a bank, and does not hold customer funds. Bank and card data used for bookkeeping is accessed read-only through our data partners, subject to their terms and compliance requirements.
